What do I get with the Free plan?
You get full access to all PNG files on the site, but with ads and a short download timer. You also need to credit PNGate when using our original images (e.g., “Image by PNGate.com”).

Do I need to credit PNGate on paid plans?
No. Attribution is only required for Free users. If you have a Pro or Lifetime subscription, you can use our original images freely without crediting us.

Can I use the images for commercial projects?
Yes — but with conditions.
✅ For original PNGate content, you can use it commercially:

• Free plan: with proper attribution

• Pro & Lifetime: no attribution needed
  ⚠️ For user-submitted or third-party content (e.g. logos, brand icons), copyright may apply. These items must only be used with the permission of the original rights holder. PNGate cannot grant license for these files.

Are all PNG images free to use in any project?
No — usage depends on the type of image:

• PNGate’s own designs: allowed in personal and commercial use (with or without credit, depending on your plan)

• Third-party/user-uploaded content: you are responsible for ensuring legal use. If you’re unsure, do not use it commercially without proper rights.

What’s included in the Pro plan?
The Pro Monthly plan gives you unlimited downloads, no ads, no timer, and faster download speed. Perfect for active designers, marketers, and businesses.

What’s special about the Lifetime plan?
You pay once and get lifetime access to all current and future PNGs, updates, and features — including early access to new AI tools. No monthly payments, no renewals — forever.

Do I keep the images after canceling?
Yes. All PNG files you’ve already downloaded are yours to keep and use, even after canceling your subscription — as long as you comply with licensing rules.

Can I cancel my subscription anytime?
Yes. You can cancel your Pro subscription at any time through your account dashboard. Your access will remain active until the end of the billing period.

Is the Lifetime plan really forever?
Yes — it’s a one-time payment for lifetime access. No renewals, no hidden fees.

Can I resell or redistribute the PNGs?
No. You may not resell or upload our files to other platforms as-is. However, you can use them in your own designs, products, or client work that adds original value.

Can I get a refund if I change my mind?
We don’t issue refunds for change of mind. However, if you were charged by mistake (e.g., duplicate payment or technical issue), please contact us within 7 days and we’ll review your case fairly.

How are payments handled?
All payments are processed securely via Paddle. We do not store any payment information. You can pay with most major cards and digital wallets.

What if I see copyrighted content (e.g., logos)?
Some files may be uploaded by users or sourced from public archives. PNGate does not claim ownership of third-party materials. If you are a copyright holder and wish to request removal, please email us at contact@pngate.com
