1. Nature of the Service

PNGate offers a subscription-based service that provides users with ad-free access to a large library of downloadable PNG images, faster download options, and additional platform features. You are not purchasing individual files, but a license to access an enhanced browsing and downloading experience during your subscription period.

2. Subscription and Billing

All subscriptions are billed in advance and renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle unless canceled before renewal. You can cancel your subscription at any time in your account settings. Canceling stops future billing, but does not automatically entitle you to a refund for the current or past billing periods.

3. Refund Eligibility

As access to premium features is granted immediately upon subscription, we generally do not offer refunds for “change of mind.” However, we will consider refund requests under the following conditions:

  • You were charged multiple times for the same subscription (duplicate billing)
  • You were charged after canceling your subscription due to a system error
  • You experienced a technical issue that prevented access to your premium account and it could not be resolved in a reasonable time

Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the original charge. Each request will be evaluated in good faith on a case-by-case basis.

4. How to Request a Refund

  • Your full name and email address used during purchase
  • The reason for your refund request
  • The date and amount of the transaction
  • Any relevant screenshots or error messages (optional)

We aim to respond within 5 business days of receiving your request.

5. Payment Processors

Payments are securely processed by trusted third-party providers such as Paddle. If your refund is approved, it will be issued using the same payment method you used during purchase, in accordance with the processor’s terms and conditions.

6. Abuse and Misuse

We reserve the right to deny refund requests in cases of abuse, including but not limited to excessive downloading followed by refund demand, sharing premium access with others, or any violation of our Terms and Conditions.
